Necklace and earring set from the feet of a silver box 1909
This necklace and earring set is most certainly unique since there is no other like it ANYWHERE! I crafted it from the ‘ball’ feet of the ornate silver box which I used to make two elaborate bangles, also on the website.
The earrings weigh 2.5 grams each and have sterling silver fittings. The necklace chain is sterling silver and is 18 inches long. I doubt very much that you could find another set like this anywhere in the world. The original silver box was hallmarked for Sheffield in 1909 but the hallmark itself is on one of the bangles.
Grandma’s Spoons jewellery is created from antique and vintage silver which will inevitably show signs of age. This is an intrinsic part of their charm. All items are in a presentation box and next day special delivery by Royal Mail is included in the price.
